Life can be overwhelming and sometimes even exhausting. I’m here to help you understand yourself more deeply through the psychotherapy experience, and find your own path.
In my practice I use the relational and client-centered approach. The process of psychotherapy looks different to every individual, as your story and life are unique. I am there to help you walk your path, at your own pace, following your own needs, defined by you.
We will start our conversation from wherever you are, from whatever you decide to share with me. Collaboratively, we will create the space, where you are respected, heard and supported, allowing your story to unfold. Together we will explore your own experience, past and present to deeply understand your sense of self. We will discover how you can better connect to yourself and create fulfilling relationships with others. Through our safe and supporting alliance you can gain healing, empowerment and growth towards important changes in your life.

I am mental health professional with more than 10 years of experience, who work with individuals and couples from different backgrounds. The experience I gained, from both my personal and professional life, encouraged me to help people through the power of an interpersonal relationship that develops and transforms ones sense of self. I believe that your empowerment and growth can begin within a trusted therapeutic relationship. My goal is to help you understand your feelings and thoughts, your past or present relationships and explore how they shape your current experiences or difficulties. Whatever your experience is, we can explore it together in a safe and non-judgmental space and find your own path to more fulfilling life.
Therapy is powerful. I believe everyone has the power and ability to grow, and decide our own destiny.

Many couples seek therapy when they are struggling with connection, communication or just feeling lonely and not satisfied in their relationship. In my practice I help couples to understand each other in deeper ways, so they feel heard and seen by each other. Together we work how to communicate, reconnect, trust and heal old wounds.
